Careers

Roskill are a household name in the metals and minerals industry.  We have been providing market information and advice to clients for several decades, in published reports and as part of custom consulting projects.  As a fiercely independent company, we are recognised as a reliable and unbiased source of information.  Our international client base includes mining and exploration companies, chemical companies, banks and investment companies, state and government organisations and end-users of metals and minerals.  Some clients rely on us as their sole source of external advice and, in many of the commodities we cover, our analysts are recognised as being among the leading commentators worldwide.

We are not a large company in terms of headcount but we are expanding our team of full-time and freelance commodities analysts, at both the junior and senior levels.  We are always interested to hear from talented, motivated individuals with experience of working in consultancy and at least one of the following:

  • Economics
  • Mining
  • Trading
  • Geology

Roskill analysts are required to demonstrate

  •  Excellent written English
  • The ability to absorb and analyse large amounts of information quickly
  • A high degree of numeracy
  • Presentation skills and preferably experience of public speaking
